Whole Leaf Teas and Infusions
Our extensive range of whole-leaf speciality teas includes Black, Green, Oolong and Yellow teas. We change the tea menu from time to time due to seasonal availability and in order to bring you the widest range possible! When preparing the tea we weigh out the tea leaves and the water and give you a tea timer and a carafe so that you can decant your tea when it has reached the perfect infusion. Your tea is served in a glass tea-ere so that you can watch the leaves unfurl as you relax. We also offer a selection of whole-leaf caffeine-free infusions. Our teas and infusions are all sourced from experts who deal direct with growers.

Malawi Satemwa Estate
From the Satemwa family estate at the foot of the Thyolo mountains, this special tea has a full bodied but smooth and slightly spicy flavour.
Keemun Gong Fu Hong Cha
From Qimen region, China, a wonderful bright black tea with wine and fruit notes.
The difference between Bohea and commercial Lapsang is enormous, perhaps similar to the distinction between mass-produced whiskies and slowly made, properly aged, artisan malts. Drying the leaves slowly over barkless pine wood fires gives Wuyi Bohea soft, lingering smokiness, making it an incredibly smooth cup.
The best Ceylon, gently decaffeinated without chemicals.
Assam tea flavoured with spices including cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla for a warm, soothing and spicy brew.
Handpicked in spring and steamed in the humid plains of rural Sichuan Province. In the cup this green tea is fresh and sappy.
A beautiful emerald green sencha tea from Kirishima, Kagoshima. This un-oxidised tea has a silky mouth feel with notes of sweet pea and fresh grasses.
The youngest leaves infused with jasmine blossoms and rolled into pellets. When infused with water these ‘pearls’ unfurl to produce a wonderful scent and a delicate flavour.
Ti Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy)
This lightly oxidised oolong tea from the Fujian province of China has a golden liquor and is fragrant, refreshing and fruity in taste.
Wuyi Oolong Water Sprite (Shui Xian)
A gorgeously complex dark oolong from the Wuyi mountains, Fujian Province, China. This tea displays gentle warmth with notes of rose and peach, a smooth texture and subtle fragrant wood notes.
White Peony (Pai Mu Dan)
A beautiful white tea picked in April 2015 in Fuding Shan Hu Gang Garden, Fujian Province.
Complex notes of melon and cucumber with a rounded mouthfeel.
The most famous of white teas, only whole buds were picked in March 2015 in Guanxi Province and left to dry naturally. The tea has sweet notes of spring flowers, melon, cucumber and honey.
Bright and beautifully minty with a refreshing, clean taste.
Simply fresh mint leaves steeped in hot water for a sweet and refreshing mint flavour.
A warm mellow aroma with a sweet, nutty taste. Naturally caffeine free and rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C.

We don’t just serve any hot chocolate! Our hot chocolate is made from real melted chocolate tablets in four single origin options. Richer and less sweet than regular hot chocolate, a complete indulgence! You can even enjoy if you’re vegan: try any of the hot chocolates except White with oat milk.
