We make a range of sandwiches fresh on the premises every morning. The delicious changing combinations include Mozzarella, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes and toasted pine nuts; Goat’s Cheese, Beetroot & Horseradish Relish and Rocket; Pastrami, Emmental, Gherkin and English Country Mustard and many more! All our sandwiches are made with the best quality ingredients including locally made relishes and chutneys.
We have a tempting range of cakes and bakes. Ruth makes lots of the cakes and bakes, where possible using organic, Fairtrade and gluten-free ingredients. Try the indulgent home-made brownies with chocolate chips, toasted almonds and a sneaky shot of espresso! Or ‘full of good stuff flapjack’ with dates, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. We also bake a selection of pastries each morning, including Pastel de Nata, the famous Portuguese custard tarts and Palmier, the buttery, sweet crispy pastry.
